Returns and Refunds

At Merchidea, we want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in a clear and fair way.

Cancellation & Order Modifications

We process orders quickly to help ensure timely delivery.

  • Time Window: You may request changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • How to Request: Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your Order Number and the details of your request.
  • Late Requests: After 6 hours, your order may have already entered processing, production, or shipment preparation. While we cannot guarantee changes after this time window, we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be inspected and resold.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions.
  • Customer Preference, Size, Color, or Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color, or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your Order Number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • You may request an exchange for size, color, or defective items, depending on product availability.
  • To start an exchange, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and exchange request.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement if the item meets our return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Bank Availability: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund if an item is returned with signs of use, damaged packaging, missing parts, or any condition not caused by our error.
