Free Shipping: On orders over $99
Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing or delivery may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
- You can track your order through the carrier’s official tracking page. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Order Changes
- Because we process orders quickly, any request to change your shipping address or product details must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If your request is approved, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Support & Delivery Issues
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Missing items: Please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Tracking issues: If your tracking link still does not work after 3 business days, please contact us.
- Late deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can review the issue with the carrier.
